Organize and manage documents, reports, and communications. Maintain and update project schedules, files, and databases Handle day-to-day administrative duties to support project operations. Act as a liaison between different departments or teams involved in the project. Assist in research and gathering information for decision-making. Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Support in creating presentations, reports, or proposals as needed. Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with translating or summarizing documents if needed. Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Assist in planning and organizing project-related events or activities. Arrange travel and accommodations for meetings or events. Provide general assistance to the managing director and team members. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure project success.

The IT Staff is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of the hotel's IT infrastructure, including computer networks, servers, workstations, and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT concepts and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
